Plagiarism Policy

Authors are responsible for uploading similarity reports scanned in iThenticate or Turnitin programs to the system along with their articles during the submission.

The similarity should not be more than 2% from the same study and 15% in total. If the work is related to an author or work, then the 2% limit is not taken into consideration. Citations and references are excluded form total 15% percent limit.

Articles with over the limit similarity are returned to the author for correction and then are considered for publication.

If a study published in Journal of Society and Identity is found to be plagiarized, the editor has right to withdraw the article from the journal.
