The conflict between Israel and Palestine in 2008-2009 began with Israel's Operation Cast Lead in 2008 and continued until the ceasefire in January 2009. The conflict of power over the Gaza Strip has intensified day by day and has received a reaction from the international community. This study focuses on the conflicts that have not only remained within the borders of Israel and Palestine but have become an international problem. There have been many studies on the conflicts between Israel and Palestine, but unlike other studies, this study evaluates the investigation and legal conclusion of the conflicts between Israel and Palestine between 2008 and 2009 through the published report by the United Nations and the hearings that took place. The aim of this evaluation is to determine how international reactions were made, what kind of legal evaluation was carried out as a result of the conflicts and how the United Nations made a conclusion in line with these.
