Digital diplomacy is defined as a method used by international actors to achieve their foreign policy goals and effectively manage their image and reputation through social media. The European Union, as an actor that defines itself as a normative power, is trying to strategically benefit from this change. This study examines the role and impact of digital diplomacy in the context of the normative foreign policy actorship of the European Union. The first part of the study examines the foundations of the concept of normative power. The second part examines the evolution of digital diplomacy and the transformation processes from public diplomacy to digital diplomacy, and evaluates its advantages and disadvantages. The third part examines the impact of digital diplomacy on the EU's normative foreign policy actorship. It discusses how the EU's digital diplomacy strategies and digital diplomacy tools support the transfer of normative values. Digital diplomacy is considered as a mechanism that reinforces the EU's normative power and increases its global visibility.
